Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No credit card required. You get 100 submissions per month, 2 e-signature contracts per month, 100 outbound campaign emails per month, and 500 total submissions over the lifetime of the account. Upgrade anytime to lift the caps.
How does the paid free trial work?
Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. A credit card is required to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.
What counts as a submission?
A submission is one completed form. Your monthly allowance is a combined pool across guided flows and outreach — build as many flows and campaigns as you want, the limit is how many completed submissions your plan covers.
What is the difference between a submission and a contract?
Submissions are completed intake forms (with optional e-signature and Stripe payment). Contracts are multi-party signable documents with a dynamic signing workflow. Both are included at every plan tier, each with its own monthly allowance.
What happens if I go over my monthly allowance?
Your public form shows a friendly "This form has reached capacity" message instead of accepting more submissions. Upgrade or wait for the next billing period to reopen it. Respondents aren't shown a generic error.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves up to 29%. On Professional, Pro Plus, and Max, your monthly submission allowance pools into a full-year allowance, so you can use 12 months of capacity anytime during the plan year.
What is your data retention policy?
Active documents remain fully accessible for the retention window on your plan: 90 days on Free, 180 days on Starter, 12 months on Professional, 24 months on Pro Plus, and 36 months on Max. After the active window, records are archived for up to 7 years before permanent deletion.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What does a shareable link to your campaigns mean?
Every flow and campaign gets a public link you can embed on your website, post on social media, or send anywhere. Anyone with the link can open your form and submit. No account required, no per-response fees.
Are there per-user fees?
No seat taxes for your included team members. Starter includes 2, Professional 5, Pro Plus 10, and Max 20. Extra users are available as an add-on if you need them. Free is single-user only.
