How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You'll need a credit card to start, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and pay nothing.
How does module pricing work?
Pick the modules you need — Submissions, Invoice Extraction, Contracts, or all three. Each module has its own per-tier price. Select all three modules for automatic bundle savings.
What is the difference between a form submission and a contract?
While both have e-Sign features, submissions are a single workflow and allow payments via Stripe. Contracts support a dynamic workflow allowing many signatures to the same document.
What is your data retention policy?
Documents are retained for the duration of your active subscription. After cancellation, data is retained based on your plan (180 days for Starter, up to 3 years for Max), during which you may request a copy before permanent deletion.
Can I change plans or modules later?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or add/remove modules at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
What counts as a submission?
A submission is counted when a form is sent to a recipient. On yearly Professional plans and above, your monthly submission allowance rolls over into an annual pool — so you can use your submissions anytime during the plan year to accommodate seasonal usage.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Pay annually for lower monthly rates. Professional plans and above also include submission rollover — your monthly submissions are pooled into a yearly allowance so you can send more during busy months.
