Your ad platform shows clicks. DocOtto shows closed deals.
When your ads point at a DocOtto form, the whole funnel runs through one system. The form, the contract, and the payment. So DocOtto can answer the question your ad dashboard can't. What did each campaign cost per won deal, and how many dollars did it bring back?
What your ad dashboard shows
- Impressions and clicks
- Cost per click
- Total spend
- Click-through rate
- …and then it stops at the click. What happened to the lead? Did they sign? Did they pay? Your ad platform has no idea.
What DocOtto adds
- Leads for each campaign (completed form submissions)
- Cost per lead (paid traffic only, never diluted by organic)
- Won deals, the leads that reached the stage YOU define as won
- Cost per won deal, per campaign
- Revenue collected, from Stripe payments and offline checks alike
- Return on ad spend (ROAS)
A $3 click that never signs is expensive. A $12 click that becomes a $4,000 job is a bargain. Only the system holding the contract and the payment can tell them apart.
No pixels. No conversion tags. No setup.
Conversion tracking normally means installing pixels, configuring events, and importing offline conversions. Most small businesses never finish that setup. DocOtto skips all of it, because the funnel already runs through your form.
1. Point the ad at your form
DocOtto generates the tagged destination URL for each platform, including Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn. Every submission arriving through it records which campaign sent it. Automatically.
2. Bring in your spend
Paste a CSV export from your ad platform (two minutes a week), or drop a small script into Google Ads that pushes spend to DocOtto daily on its own.
3. Read the numbers that matter
The dashboard joins spend to your pipeline and shows cost per lead, cost per won deal, and revenue collected for every campaign. You decide which pipeline stage counts as won, whether that is a signed contract, a booked appointment, or a completed job.
Ad performance, last 30 days
| Campaign | Spend | Leads | Won | Cost / won | Revenue |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| google / pool-closing | $412.80 | 31 | 9 | $45.87 | $7,240 |
| tiktok / spark-fall | $285.00 | 42 | 6 | $47.50 | $4,980 |
| google / hvac-tuneup | $390.10 | 18 | 2 | $195.05 | $730 |
Illustrative numbers. Notice the third campaign. Decent clicks, terrible cost per won deal. That is the insight a click dashboard never surfaces.
Offline dollars count too
Collect a check or cash outside DocOtto? Record it on the deal in two clicks and it flows into that campaign’s revenue and ROAS. Your numbers stay honest even when the money never touches Stripe.
You define "won"
A contractor wins at the signed contract. A service business wins at the booked appointment. Pick the pipeline stages that count as won, and every metric follows your definition.
A weekly read, in plain English
Every Monday, DocOtto emails a digest comparing this week to last. What’s working, what’s wasting money, and a concrete suggestion for where the budget should go.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to install a tracking pixel or conversion tag?
- No. Because your form, contract, and payment all run through DocOtto, attribution happens automatically. The ad points at your form with a tagged link DocOtto generates; everything after the click is already visible to your pipeline.
- Which ad platforms does this work with?
- Any platform that can send traffic to a URL, including Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, and others. Spend comes in via a CSV export from your ad platform, or automatically each day via a small script inside Google Ads.
- What counts as a "won deal"?
- You decide. Pick the pipeline stages that mean a deal is won for your business, such as contract signed, appointment booked, payment collected, or job completed, and cost per won deal follows your definition.
- What if I collect payment outside DocOtto?
- Record the payment on the deal (check, cash, external invoice) and it counts toward that campaign’s revenue and return on ad spend, right alongside payments collected through Stripe.
- Is ad campaign tracking included in my plan?
- Ad performance tracking is available on all paid DocOtto plans. The free tier includes everything you need to build and share forms; when you start spending on ads, upgrading turns on the tracking.
