- What happens after someone submits?
- The submission lands on your board. From there, the contract goes out pre-filled for e-signature, the deposit gets collected through Stripe, and the customer watches every step on their Living Link status page.
- Do customers need an account?
- No. Customers fill out your form from a link on any device, sign online, and pay, without creating an account.
- Can I send forms to my existing customers?
- Yes. Document Automation sends your fillable form to one customer or thousands by email, with live tracking of who opened and who answered.
- Can customers pay from the form?
- Yes. Stripe collects deposits or full payments, either right after the form or after the contract is signed.
