A form builder with contracts
and payments built in.
The form is step one. When a customer submits, DocOtto drafts the agreement from their answers, collects the e-signature, and takes the deposit through Stripe. One workflow, one place, from intake to signed and paid.
Three tools where one should do
Most businesses bolt a form builder onto an e-signature tool onto a payment link. Every handoff between tools is a place where a deal can stall or disappear.
Copy and paste between tools
Form answers get retyped into the contract. Names get misspelled, prices get entered wrong, and every deal costs you fifteen minutes of admin.
Days between yes and signed
The customer said yes on Tuesday. The contract went out Thursday. By Friday they found someone faster. Speed between tools is where deals die.
Payment is an afterthought
A payment link in a separate email is easy to ignore. When the deposit is not part of the signing flow, you end up chasing it for weeks.
How it works
Build the form once. After that, every submission runs the same play.
Build the form
Start from a ready-made template or build your own. Add smart questions, conditional logic, and live price calculations. No code.
The answers fill the contract
Your agreement template has placeholders for the customer name, the service, and the price. Their answers drop straight in. Nothing gets retyped.
They sign and pay in one sitting
The customer reviews the agreement, signs it, and pays the deposit through Stripe. Signatures are fully ESIGN compliant.
The board keeps score
Every deal sits on one pipeline board. The card updates the moment they sign and the moment they pay, so you always know where every deal stands.
The work after the submit button does itself
Form builders collect responses and stop. DocOtto keeps going: the contract drafts itself from the answers, the deposit follows the signature, and the customer gets a Living Link status page so they always know what happens next.
Start from a template that already does this
These templates come wired for the full workflow: smart questions, pricing, and next steps after submit.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need separate e-signature software?
- No. Contracts and e-signatures are built into DocOtto. The agreement drafts itself from the form answers, goes out for signature, and comes back fully ESIGN compliant with an audit trail.
- How do payments work?
- DocOtto uses Stripe. Connect your Stripe account once, then any form or agreement can collect a deposit or payment. The money goes to your Stripe account directly.
- Can I use the contract I already have?
- Yes. Import your existing PDF agreement and DocOtto overlays the signature and text fields. You can also build agreements natively from reusable language blocks.
- What happens to the responses?
- Every submission lands on a pipeline board as a card. The card carries the answers, the contract status, and the payment status, and it updates when the customer signs and pays.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. The free plan needs no credit card and lets you build the whole workflow: form, contract, and payment. Paid plans raise the monthly limits.
