Add recipients and set the order
Add one or more recipients and define the signing sequence. Each signer receives the contract in the exact order you choose.
Place and assign fields
Drag and drop signature, date, initials, and checkbox fields. Assign each field to the right recipient so everyone knows exactly what to do.
Choose a start and end date for the signing process. If the contract is not completed by the end date (for example, within one week), the workflow expires.
Add contract expiration tracking
Enter the date the contract expires. DocOtto reminds you 90, 60, 30, and 1 day before expiration so you have time to renew or take action.
