- Does the AI change my document?
- No. Your PDF stays exactly as designed. It becomes the background, and fillable fields are placed on top of it. The printed artwork is never edited.
- Do I have to review what the AI suggests?
- Yes, and that’s by design. Nothing is placed without your approval. Routine fields can be accepted in one click; anything sensitive (like a Social Security number field) must be confirmed individually.
- What field types can it detect?
- Text, names, emails, phone numbers, dates, checkboxes, pick-one choice groups, signature lines, and sensitive-data fields. You can change any suggestion’s type before accepting it.
- Does it work on scanned or photographed forms?
- Yes. Scans have no digital text underneath, so AI vision analyzes the page image itself and suggests fields visually. The original (non-scanned) PDF places more precisely when you can get it.
- Can I import several documents at once?
- Yes. Select multiple PDFs in one import (a vendor packet with an agreement, an info sheet, and a W-9, for example), confirm the page order, and review everything together.
- What does it cost?
