Verify your email

Use verification codes to confirm your account and safely access DocOtto.

Email verification helps protect access to your DocOtto account. If DocOtto asks for a code, use the most recent code sent to your inbox and complete the step before requesting another one.

Before you start

  • Keep the DocOtto verification screen open while checking your email.
  • Use the newest code if you requested more than one.
  • Check that you entered the same email address you used to create or access your account.

Steps

Request the verification code

Enter your email address and submit the verification request. DocOtto will send a time-sensitive code to that address.

Check your inbox

Look for the latest message from DocOtto. If you do not see it quickly, check spam, junk, promotions, or quarantine folders.

Enter the code exactly as shown

Copy the code into DocOtto. Avoid adding spaces before or after the code.

Continue to your workspace

After the code is accepted, DocOtto will continue the sign-in or account setup process.

Common issues

The code does not work

Use the most recent code. Older codes may stop working after a newer code is requested.

The email never arrived

Search for DocOtto, check spam or junk, then ask your IT team to allow DocOtto emails if your organization filters external messages.

The code expired

Request a new code and enter it promptly. Verification codes are intentionally time-sensitive for security.

Helpful tips

  • Do not share verification codes with anyone. DocOtto support will not ask for your code.
